Convert Amstrad Word Processor Files to PC

Question

Hi, my mum has a load of old Amstrad disks with various files on, in formats Locoscript, Protext & Mini Office Professional. She does not have the actual Amstard anymore.How can we go about getting these onto a pc?How can we convert them so they can be read, edited?Is there any hardware we can buy (ie. floppy drive), so that we don't have to send them to a company to convert?Regards, Rohan.
