Question:

Convert RAW files to MP3?

OK, so I have "Audacity" for some music editing thing. You can trim the music and everything like that to make ringtones. Well, I did that. And I saved it as an mp3 file. I guess it's a raw file now. It won't play on my phone. It's this, like, 5 second long thing, and I tried putting a whole song on my phone, and that worked. Anyways, I don't know how to convert a raw file to mp3, or to make it compatible with my phone. I have a Sony Ericsson W580i. I installed all the "PC Suite" software stuff. The file just won't work. PLEASE HELP!

  2. I used to have the same problem when I used Audacity. What you can do is go to nch.com.au and download the trial version of Switch, which is a software that allows you to convert audio files to whatever filetype you prefer.
