Convert Real to Windows Media?

I have downloaded some MP3 files which come in Real Format to play on the Real Media Player but I want to send the files to my phone and Real player wont allow me to do that. How can I change the files so that I can drag them to my Windows Media Player and send them to my phone from there? Thanks in advance for any help!
