first off you couldn't make enough hydrogen to make any difference,

Second there is a water injector used to stop detonation and clean your pistons, but it doesn't really affect your mileage and very little water vapor actually enters your engine.   It's kind of like driving in the rain..

  Their claims are simply outrageous lies...
