Convert pal ps2 games to ps2 ntsc?

ok, i've tried everything, patching the file. Using import-player, everything, even using torrents for the games i've tried to convert. NOthing works, i'm not going to buy anything, mod chips or anything. Can u please give me a software, and teach me how to use it. I tried using alcohol 120%, i don't know how to use it. thanks

Youl have to mod your ps2 you can do this without buying anything. Psx scene forum freevast thread do some reading.
