Please show how you come to the answer I keep getting 114.65 but it's really 114.59.

  1. Taking pi = 3.14159 Ans = 114.5916

You must be taking it as 3.14 or 22/7

  2. You've to use to 'exact' value of pi, not 3.14.

  3. Would be nice if you gave us the angle.

Pi = 3.14159 is more than enough to do result to two decimal places.

Going backward, apparently the radians were 2.

Doing the problem, you are only using Pi to 2 decimal places (3.14) which isn't enough to later round to 2 decimal places.

  4. Hello:

This is because you are using only three significant digits of pi.

360° divided by pi is 114.59, however 360°/3.14 = 114.65. Use your calculator's pi function for a more precise answer.

    Hope this helps!
