Convertible dress...?

Has anyone made one of these from a pattern?

What sort of 'convertible' dress are you thinking about?  There are several I know of.  One of the most famous is The Infinite Dress:  http://www.infinitedress.com/  It can be bought for as little as £34.99 if you look for it.  Not a lot of point in trying to MAKE it at that price, even if you could find the fabric...

I didn't use a pattern, but I must say that it doesn't really fit me so well.  I am really busty, and I would need to add darts to not... hang out of the sides.  Plus the back of the dress is too low to wear a bra with... Other than that it's a really cute dress.
