***Converting Country TIMES... PLZ help!!***?

Firstly please dont paste any links here that anything to do with worldclock because to me its al mumble jumble... or to put it another way... a different language!

what time would it be in England/UK if it is 8:30pm AST time??

Also what is AST and what countrys go by that??

  1. AST stands for Atlantic Standard Time. Assuming the place also uses daylight savings and daylight savings time starts and ends on the same dates as in England, it would be 12:30am in England (30 minutes past midnight on the next day): 8:30pm + 4 hours = 12:30am.

    Parts of Canada, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, and parts of Brazil use AST.
