Converting Mp4's to Ipod with no audio !!!!

Question

I have some old Shareza and Lime Wire Mp4's. I moved them over to my Ipod and hit the box for converting them into the Ipod. That works but no sound is coming from my Ipod. I have sound when i'm using my pc but after the files went into my Ipod nothing not a peep. !!!!!
