  1. no

  2. No you have absolutely no right to permanent residency.  However, there is a new immigration class for graduates, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/...

You would first have to graduate at least a 2 year program, then get a graduate work permit, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-... to get your at least one year work experience and then you can apply for PR under this class.

  3. You cannot change your student visa to a permanent resident visa.  You must abide by the guidelines you agreed to when you obtained your student visa.  One of the guidelines states that you will leave Canada at a pre-determined date.

You will be eligible to apply for PR once you have used your student visa and return to your home country.

  4. I think first you need to stay for work after your studies and you must apply for a work permit, how to do it here

    http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-...

and after if you want to stay in Canada permanently, you must qualify under one of the permanent resident categories, such as the skilled worker category.

  5. I will likely be difficult, but there is a possibility.

Contact the Canadian Department of Immigration and Naturalisation and ask how you'd have to go about doing so...legally.

    Good Luck!
