Converting a [.MSWMM] file to a [wmv] File

Question

Hi, Im trying to upload videos i made on windows movie maker onto youtube or something,

When i upload it, it says something like "This file is made on windows moviemaker (MSWMM) please return to your project and export it in (wmv) format."

I was wondering how to change it to that format, without downloading anything on a windows XP.

Well, I usually use iFunia video converter to convert and edit videos.

but don't know if this video converter can convert [.MSWMM]
