Converting an oil heater into a gas heater?

Heating oil so very high, so I want to convert my oil heater into a gas heater. Can that be done without me having to buy a new gas heater?

I am almost positive that they do still  make a universal conversion kit , but  they seem to be  kind of fussy . some work great some seem to need repair during the heating season , i would avoid them if at all possible ,

Time and safety concerns have changed. To be honest I don't know if they make a conversion.
