Hi,

can anyone tell me if you can convert an excel file into a PDF including the hyperlinks. I am trying to do this in Acrobat 8 standard, but the hyperlinks don't get exported into the PDF file. I need to know this quite urgently as it's for work.

Thanks :)

  1. If you are using Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard you are half way there. But first, during the installation of Acrobat, it should have installed extra buttons for the conversion to PDF in all your Office applications. If you use those buttons, instead of the Distiller printer, your hyperlinks should get exported as well. OK, in case this is not working, you still can fix it in Acrobat by using the link took. Just click on the link tool, draw a rectangle (by holding the left button in your mouse) around the word you want to add the hyperlink and manually add the hyperlink in the properties for the link.
