  1. water burning??? sounds like a con job. as for the conversion from gas to electric, do your research well my friend. check out the addy's I provide. I ride a converted motorcycle. Its electric, as well has a small engine and alternator for anytime anywhere battery charging and can also be plugged in for charging at home.

  2. no i havent but im all for it....

  3. It's been done for years, but never with much success.  Matter of fact, there are usually a few converted cars for sale here and there; have fun dealing with the batteries.

  4. No, but you'll have a hissy when you price a bank of batteries @ about $2K or more.

  5. it would be easier to go to water burning  you can get one for $1200 and it more than doubles your mileage. it was on the news here from Detroit. they tested an SUV that got 9 mpg and when they tested it after installing the container( they say is simple) it was getting something like 27 mpg.

WAY CHEAPER and no fumes and no recharging   Just distilled water and you can google that and find out how to distill your own :)

  6. It's definitely not the "cheapest" project, but I congratulate you on your choice.  Check out these links & tell me if they help...
