Converting text from Word 2007 to Word 2003

Question

I have Word 2007 on my laptop but can not convert it to Word 2003 when i want to view some of my text files on other pc's ,how can I convert them to Word 2003?

U have to use SAVE AS option

file --> Save as --> word 2000-2003 format like

this ok

Just open it with Word 2007 and choose Save As Word 1997-2003 Compatibility

click the microsoft logo at the top left while in the Microsoft Word 2007 program  then choose save as and there will be options to the right of it that will say 1997-2003 document select that one then name your document and it will save your document in a 1997-2003 Word document format
