  1. I'm a vegan and I go to Subway all the time.  Just order the veggie deLite sandwich.  It's great - you don't miss the meat or cheese.

Try to avoid eating the "fake meat" and "fake cheese" products.  They are full of isolated soy protein - this is NOT good for you.  Stick with soy products like soy milk and tofu in moderation.

    Good luck!

  2. ACTUALLY everyone, most Subways have a veggie patty that kind of mimics meat. It is basically vegetables and soy ground up and pressed into a patty. It is good. You just have to ask for it, they typically keep it in the cooler instead of out on the line.

  3. no, not at subway, but at grocery stores they sell meatless turkey and ham, and whatnot, its in the tofu section, so look there. its a little scary looking, but it tastes fine. and trust me, it HAS NO MEAT. so you don't need to worry about that.

    ;) hope i helped

  4. Not at Subway, but idk! I know vegetarian companies make vegan chicken, pork, burgers, you could have a vegetarian chicken sandwich. Oh! you can even try tofu (jsut get it flavored because it can taste blah, but I've only tried it a few times. At Subway you can always have a vegetable sandwich or bring the veggiemeat with you. I think this company is called quorn, they probably have a wide variety of vegan goods. http://www.quorn.com/ or http://www.quorn.us//cmpage.aspx?pageid=... if you live in the United States. Good luck and you can always have a veggie wrap (or put some soy chicken or whatever you want in it) or old pb&j if you like it because some people don't.

  5. not at subway
