Conveyance regarding our Co-operative Housing Society?

Dear Sir,

I would to like to informed you that our Society name is USHA KIRAN C H S LTD which is situated at Jivdani Road Virar (East).

My question is our society not get conveyance from land owner as our society regesterd in the year 1997.

Now we approch our land owner he said that he has 25% of FSI still balance with us firts utiised then,i give conveyance for the same.

Now tell us the exprts advise to us.

I was just reading in the newspaper how a local family had just had their house redone almost totally by volunteer work because the couple's triplets suffer from health problems.  I really was a touching story! Extreme Makeover: Home Edition didn't even bother to help them out, so the town did!
