Convicted s*x offender protected?

I know that their identity is protected

but is there actually a specific law that does protect convicted s*x offenders?

The law is Section 67 2008 - Protect the sick f**k who preys on little children at tax payers expense, who typically have kids, and we then move into a house where they could be, and they rip our family apart...that marvellous law.

In the U. S. of A., their identities are not protected.  You can go on line and check to see if they are in the neighborhood.  They all have to be registered.  It is for our protection.
