Convince parents to get unlimited texting?

i'm gonna get my first t-mobile phone next week. how much does it cost would be nice to know too. also tips for my phone.

The easiest way to convince them is to offer to pay for it yourself, not the whole plan just the texting. it works for me.

this is what i did.

1.) tell them you did a lot of reasearch and you found out that its $15.00 a month for unlimited only for you. but for the whole family its $20.00. (if your getting a family plan)

if they say no, then just accept it. that will show that your being understanding and they will rethink there answer.

tips for your phone..hmm. make sure you do some reasearch on the phone your going to get because i thought i wanted the moto RIZR (the slider version of the razr) but i read some reviews on it and i realized that the buttons feel off and it pretty much sucked. um.. i think thats pretty much it. : )
