Alastair Cook has finished day one of the first Test of the series between England and Bangladesh unbeaten on 158. Can the captain convert it to a double ton?

Cook is looking comfortable in the middle, and there’s no reason why he can’t get those 42 runs he needs for the 200 tomorrow against a Bangladesh side that is already playing like they’re a beaten team.
