ok, i want to make cookie dough. if i do not put the eggs in will it taste different?

  1. Yes, taste, texture and lack of raise in the cookie will be different.


  2. If you want to make cookies without eggs, you should look for a recipe that does not call for eggs. Don't just leave them out. The cookies will come out all wrong. Eggs bind the other ingredients together. They don't just act as a liquid.  

  3. its not worth even trying because it will not work. Baking is all about exact amounts. It needs the moisture to work. Your cookies will be flat and burn easily not to mention taste

  4. You can use yogurt instead of eggs. I have used yogurt instead of eggs many times and they taste great!

  5. You have to use some egg in the recipe or it will not shape up the same. Why?
