  1. If you have Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options (if you have Vista, you must press "Alt" button for the Tools menu to show up). Under "Browsing History," click the "Delete" button and then click "Delete Cookies."

If you have Firefox, go to Tools > Options, click the Privacy tab, click the "Show cookies" button, then click "Remove cookies" to remove the cookies you select or "Remove all cookies" to remove all of them.

  2. Press Alt and then go to Tools. Go To Internet Options. Then go to where it says Browsing History. Go and click on delete. Then you go to the botomn and say delete all. It may take some time depending on when is the last time you did it but it is worth it for you computer. PM me if you didnt get this. Dont add a new program because it will give you more cookies and temporary folders and virus.

    Good luck.
