Question:

Cooking Schools in Italy?

I am looking to visit a cooking school with three friends. We are not worried about cost, but rather more concerned with having a really nice place to stay where they also offer Italian cooking classes. Anywhere from five to ten days. Has anyone been to one they can suggest?

  3. go to florence.....a good cooking school i went to is Apicius

  4. Here's a great place we stayed.

This is the real Italy and the real italian cooking.  It's off the beaten path, so if you want a major city this is not for you.  But if you're interested in beautiful scenery and a great experience I recommend it.
