  1. To be sure that it is cooked thoroughly, use a instant digital Cooking or Meat Thermometer for the proper temperature of 165° to 170°F.

  2. 170

Oven temp depends on what you're cooking and how you're cooking it and what the desired result is.

  3. 155 to 160 is a good temp for b*****s.  An oven temp of about 350 is find and should take about 15 minutes or so, depending on the temp of the chicken when it went in.

  4. The desired internal temperature for chicken to be safe at is 160° Fahrenheit.  If you want to, you can go up to 165° just to be safe.  As chicken b*****s are smaller in size, you want to get close to this without necessary achieving 160°, as the chicken will increase in temperature slightly even after it is removed from the oven.  As for the oven temperature, 375°-400° would probably be best, as chicken b*****s are small and thin.  You can experiment with this to find what works best.  But the oven temperature doesn’t really matter, as long as the chicken has the chance to cook evenly (not burnt outside and raw inside; easy to do in the indirect heat of the oven) and reach 160°.  A good idea might be to use a reliable meat thermometer (preferably a digital one) and insert it through the side, penetrating at least 1/3 of the way into the meat

  5. over 65 Celsius , depends on the size. thanks!

  6. Test until guage reads 160, then remove it and let rest.  The temp will continue to climb.  It will be perfect.

  7. Safety Food Guidelines say the internal temperature of chicken should be 165-170 degrees, so I guess we would only have to know how you are preparing your chicken now and what size they are to give you the exact cooking time and temperature.   If they are plain chicken b*****s, (6 oz.) then you may only have to do them for 20 minutes at 350,covered, of course.  If they are bone-in chicken b*****s, that time will be increased.  But, if they are breaded and/or have been pan seared to brown them, then your cooking time will have to be adjusted.  If you are adding something else in the baking pan to cook with your Chicken b*****s, then that also has to be adjusted in the temperature and time to cook you dish thoroughly.  I know this sounds a little tedious, but I just want to cover all the bases of your question.  Have a GREAT Cooking Monday!
