Buy the book "Cook Malaysian" by Lee Sook Ching to get an idea about Malaysian food, then head out to Bayan Indah. It is only 30 mins from KL City Centre. Then buy the excellent in-depth cooking books direct from Rohani while you are at Bayan Indah.
'Nuff said.

Kuala Lumpur is known for its exotic culinary delights. If you have the desire to attain mastery in Malaysian cusuines, and looking for a good cooking school, i would advice you to check out, Bayan Indah, in Kuala Lumpur. Jelani is the person who trains the food lovers in the art of Malaysian cusuine cooking.
Try At 19 Culinary Studio. Their classes are great stuff. Check out their website, www.at19culinary.com
