Cooking classes in kuala lumpur?

Question

i was just wondering if anybody could give me any information regarding cooking schools or cooking classes in kuala lumpur. any contact details would also be appreciated.

or should i just go to a restaurant and ask them if theyll let me work there and learn how to cook? id prefer learning to cook indian food.

Buy the book "Cook Malaysian" by Lee Sook Ching to get an idea about Malaysian food, then head out to Bayan Indah. It is only 30 mins from KL City Centre. Then buy the excellent in-depth cooking books direct from Rohani while you are at Bayan Indah.

I lived in Kuala Lumpur for some years and the best place to learn about Asian food, and cooking in general, was the last one I tried before we came back home. The place to go is definitely Bayan Indah, the place run by Rohani Jelani.
