  1. You could take along some parboiled Bratwursts and boneless chicken b*****s, all beef hot dogs and/or some already made hamburger patties depending upon the size of your cooler(s).  By parboiling the Brats and chicken you do not have to worry about them spoiling and the chicken juices from getting on other foods, you just need to keep them cool until time to cook. For condiments, things like ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, relish and pickles would be great because they do not depend upon being kept cold to keep from spoiling.  For potato salad, think about German potato salad, it is made with bacon grease and vinegar and not mayo so spoilage is not an issue either unless you have some big coolers.

Bring munchies like potato chips, corn ships, tortilla chips, Cheetos, crackers, whatever you like as they do not take up cooler space and then in the cooler bring dips and/or salsa. Cans of baked/grilling/BBQ beans would also be an idea as they can be eaten without being heated up.  Fresh fruit is also something good to bring; make sure it already prepared to eat, maybe a fresh fruit salad in a Tupperware/plastic bowl would be great and also does not depend upon a lot of cooler space to be kept from spoiling.

Limit the amount of alcohol you bring, or better yet do not bring any, as boating and drinking is a dangerous as drinking and driving and carries heavy fines; instead bring water, iced tea and/or lemonade/Kool-aid in insulated cooler jugs - try to hold off bring sodas in cans or 2-liter bottles unless you are prepared to carry the cans and/or bottles back to dock with you.  If you do bring sodas, take the plastic rings off before leaving home as they can cause a lot of harm to wild life if they get into the water.

  2. Hey!

I love boating and cooking while boating would be so fun!  Take along some hotdogs and hamburgers, fruit such as watermelon and strawberries, and some cold drinks... depending on how old you are, bring beer and wine or just soda.
