Cool Hookah Bars in Brooklyn/NYC?

Question

I am 19, and I know when I had just turned 18 I was researching Hookah Bars in the city and a lot of them were 21+. Are most of them really 21+ because they have bars?

Does anyone know of any GOOD Hookah Bars that are 18 or 19+ to get in? It's legal for me to smoke cigarettes so I figured it would be legal for me to go to a Hookah Bar as well.

Prices, as well as food options (if available) are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I know of one, but it is a bar and you have to be 21+.  It's Sin Sin (downstairs) on 2nd Avenue and E. 5th Street.
