Cool invites for my party..?

Does anyone know of some unique ways to invite people to my thirteenth birthday party?

Get (or borrow) presentation software, made an animated slideshow with all the party details, copy them onto CDs, and mail out the CDs. You can even add in a short mix tape of songs to get folks in the spirit.

Depends on your budget and the kind of party you are having...if it is just a general party with dancing and music...why not burn a music CD for each guest and write not only the music info on the front but the party info as well...this way they have an invitation and favor all in one...

For a pool party, get some cheap beach balls and write the party info on them with a permanent marker...
