how do i make the background of a picture i want blury or make it black and white and stuff. just make it look different.

  1. First, you need a photo editing software.  Go to http://www.gimp.org/  It's a free software, and works sort of like Photoshop.  It comes with a user manual, so it's not too hard to figure out.
