Cool place to eat on Sat night in NYC?

My girlfriends and I are spending a weekend in Nov in NYC(Times Sq)! We're going to Wicked on Fri night and need somewhere cool to eat on Sat night. Any suggestions? It's all adults and we would like to keep it moderately priced....$30-$40 plate. Also, any cool coffee/dessert places for after the show? Thanks for any help!

Becco on 46th St between 8th & 9th Ave.  Great Italian food at very good prices for NYC.  They also have a $25 wine list with 75 wines on it.  The pasta special is great.  Ceasar salad or cold antipasto with all you can eat of the three daily home made pastas for $22.  You will need a reservation for a table on a Sat night.

Hard Rock Cafe!! It's always fun for a girls night out!!

For dessert/coffee, definately go to Serendipity 3. I'm sure you've heard of the movie, Serendipity?? Lots of famous people have gone there, including Marilyn Monroe, Andy Warhol, and Jackie O! They are famous for their "Frrrozen Hot Chocolate." It's delicious!! They also have other kinds of desserts and coffee drinks (and food if you're hungry).

Kyotofu is great for dessert.  It's not a large space, though and it seems to pack quickly at night.  But you can always try.

it's a bit south of Times Square actually in the west side Chelsea section) but El Quixote is great (Spanish ie European food, great steaks chops, paella, seafood)

They've been in business at the same location for over 80 years
