HI! You should check out Freecycle.org. You'll register and then Locate the Freestyle group in your Area.  You can offer stuff and you can request stuff!  IT'S A GREAT SITE. Hope this helps!!

I know it is hardly the time of the year, but there is a company named Cagoule fleece which sells scarves, hats and blankets made from recycled pop bottles. I think most of their stuff is made from 87% recycled material. Their website is www.cagoulefleece.com
