Cool way to propose?

ok i think it is that time for me to propose to my gf. any cool or different proposal ideas? She is a sweet girl, who is athletic, and enjoys watching movies if that helps. (please no "do it at a ball game") lol its been done thanks ya'll

make it memorable and special ..you could rent a sail boat for the day and have a nice relaxing day and a nice candle light dinner on a blanket on the boat and propose after dinner or take her for a walk along the water and have your friend set up a path of candles to a table on the beach for dinner for two and have her favorite food waiting ..of course your friends will disappear because it should be private :) my husband took me to my favorite little town in the mountains called Banff and did it on our weekend away!! :) it was alreayd my fav but now i love it even more!!

Ok this might be expensive and all, but its cool and different. You could ask her to pick a movie she wants to see now matter what it is. Then buy an ad or something on the big screen and come so that you dont miss the ad. It should have the proposal and all and then she'll turn to you and you show her the real ring and ask her to marry you.It might not be possible but its worth a try.

aww how sweet! Ok take her some place that she really likes, like if she likes the beach take her to the beach to watch the sunset then propose!

If you guys rent movies, maybe secretly pop in a homemade dvd of your history together. Use a slideshow making computer program to make a little movie out of pictures, video clips, and music, with a message at the end asking her to marry you (It would be best if you actually filmed yourself asking her), and get down on one knee right at that part. Or maybe take her for a picnic in a park, and don't forget baseball mitts and a ball to play catch. Then put the ring box inside your mitt (or put the ring into a small drawstring bag if the box won't fit). Act like you are trying to put the mitt on, but can't and say you think there's something stuck in it. Tell her you can't get a hold of it because your fingers are too big, and ask if she can help. When she pulls it out and looks inside, get down on one knee and pop the question. :)
