  1. Don't get the type with a sharp edge on the inner side. I nearly cut my finger off during a work situation. Incidentally, you can get a ring cut at the jeweler to avoid this kind of accident. The cut would not be noticeable.

  2. My husband and I bought our rings from a website called Titanium Era.  You can buy him a simple band or something more showy but I've found my husband really seems to delight in telling people that his ring is made of titanium.  He doesn't care for rings so I wanted to find something he would be really pleased with.  I love mine as well.  It is lightweight but I am never worried about damaging it.

  3. How about something unique in titanium or tungsten?

  4. believe it or not go to www.sams.com

actually go in a store if you can they have the BEST looking mens bands at really good prices....I bought one there last week. I paid $500 for a band that I saw the exact same thing somewhere else for $1900. Apparently they are in cohonts with the biggest diamond retailer in the worlod. They dont sell off of gold weight. Prices arent negotiable but I gurantee you find somethign you like.

  5. My fiance picked out a titanium band- it's way cooler than a typical wedding band because it's a dark gunmetal gray instead of shiny gold or white gold.  It looks really good with casual clothes like jeans and T-shirts, which is what he mostly wears, and it looks really modern and kind of edgy, which your fiance might enjoy.  One more thing that made the titanium band seem cooler than a regular band- it was in the section of the jewelry store case marked "Alternative Wedding Bands"- just that buzzword, "alternative," made my dear fiance feel a bit more of a rebellious punk by picking it out! : )

Just take your fiance with you- he's going to be wearing this for the rest of his life, he needs to be the one to pick it out.
