Cooling in my refrigerator is to much

hi

in my home refrigerartor..the cooling is to much....the water jugs that i m keeping in the lower trays ..are getting ice chilled...witha layer of ice at the top...

i dont think i m loosing the gas...as for so long...the gas would have been finished.

Is so much cooling normal for a home refrigerator....

uptill now i dont have ant kind of complaints with the refrigerartor.

  1. what number is your thermostat on should be 1


  2. Try turning the temperature control k**b down, one number at a time over a couple of days, this way you will find refridgerator temperature not freezer temperature. Maybe it needs to be defrosted, check that it is not bunged up with ice, if so defrost it.  

  3. Set controls both in the middle setting, Depending on how the box is loaded with food there are cold zones in the ff compartment and you should keep the milk and juices in this area. Once you make ajustments to the box in takes 24-48 hours to change temp!
