Coolykereen Hi aiming to continue winning journey in Rd Racing Standard at Oxford
With three consecutive wins under his belt, Coolykereen Hi looks h**l-bent to maintain good standards in the Rd Racing Standard, set to take place at Oxford on Thursday, March 22, 2012.
As per the schedule, the 450 metres flat heat will begin at 21:50 GMT.  The winner of this Grade OR clash will be given a cash prize worth £150.
Among the entries are: Pams Tomjo, All For David, Tipp Are Back, Coolykereen Hi, Parkwest Leo and Lewcas Lightning.
Despite the fact that Coolykereen Hi’s recent victories came at Poole, nobody can afford to take him lightly. The blue dog holds a fantastic track record, as he won four out of his last five races.
His fresh success came on March 06, when he beat Droopys College by a couple of lengths. Since his rivals have more knowledge about this track, he might find it difficult to sustain his advantage. Yet it will be a huge mistake to rule him out of the equation.
The punters are showing keen interest in Pams Tomjo at the moment. No one should have any doubt over his abilities, as he possesses immense talent. One thing that might worry his fans is that the hound has not been winning over the last few weeks.
In his most recent clash on February 24, the black dog was below par, finishing fifth on the chart. The punters need a lot of memory to recall his last triumph, as it came way back in December last year.
All For David looks another dangerous hound. The blue and white hound has been consistent over the last few weeks. After securing runner-up position at start of this month, the David Pruhs-trained went on to grab third slot in his subsequent race.
However, he cannot win today’s race by displaying similar performance. Wild Teddy’s son out of Loughloher Tilly will be to be at his best to notch up top slot.
It is going to an entertaining clash since there are some dashing runners in the line-up. According to our guess, it will be a three way battle between Pams Tomjo, All For David and Coolykereen Hi. The latter of the three has a slight edge because of his
better stats.
