  2. Try making a steak, Or one time I made this really really good chicken. I made a sauce of fresh lemon juice, From the lemon not a bottle.... And Lemon zest (That is the outside of the lemon, The yellow part) Just use the smallest grater you have or if you have a zester..., Fresh minced Mint, And honey. Start with one tablespoon of honey, And one lemon, Then add one more tablespoon, It depents on how sour or sweet you want it, Then put about 3-4 mint leaves in it. Put the chicken Breast in the skillet or however you want to cook it, And brush the sauce on the side facing up, Then flip it, Continue to do this untill the chicken is cooked. For a side you could make some green beans with spices and what not...

  3. make some pad thai....yumm

    4 ounces dried rice noodles

    2 teaspoons peanut oil

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1 large egg, lightly beaten

8 ounces small shrimp, peeled and deveined

    2 cups mung bean sprouts

    1/2 cup sliced scallion greens

    3 tablespoons rice vinegar

    3. Drain the noodles and add to the wok, tossing with tongs until they soften and curl, about 1 minute. Add bean sprouts, scallion greens, vinegar, fish sauce, sugar and chile-garlic sauce; toss until the shrimp are fully cooked and noodles are heated through, 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve immediately.

  5. I highly recommend this dish. It's fun, easy to make, and the end product is to DIE for (okay, not really, but it's delicious! :D)!

    Pesto Pasta with Roasted Chicken

3 cups bow tie pasta, penne, or mostaccioli (8 ounces)

    2 cups broccoli florets

1 7-ounce container purchased basil pesto

2 1/2 cups bite-sized strips of roasted chicken

1 cup of bottled roasted red sweet peppers, drained and cut into strips

1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

    1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

    Finely shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)

    1. In a 4-quart Dutch oven cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain well, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Return drained bow ties and broccoli to Dutch oven; set aside.

    2. In a small bowl, combine the reserved pasta water and pesto. Add pesto mixture, chicken, and roasted sweet peppers to Dutch oven; toss to combine. Heat through. Remove dutch oven from heat; add the 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and black pepper; toss to combine

    3. Transfer to a warm serving dish. If desired, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 main-dish servings.

P.S. This is a Dutch oven, in case you don't know....

It's just a big pot with a lid.

  6. I love truffles or the whoopie pies this site had to offer. I already make both of these and it took me 3 days for the truffles but the whoopie pies were so fun and OMG to die for!
