Question:

Coordination?

Ok when I was younger I had hypatonia or whatever it's called.

I couldn't walk tell I was 2, and my parents because of it didn't give me a lot of help in the phsyichal development area as a child.

I notice even at 15 I have a low level of coordination, and I have little endurance, I can't do phsyichal activity very long, I'm not overweight, and I do excercize regularly, and have no health problems other then childhood illness and a bad knee.

I just don't understand, why, because I keep pushing myself, and It just doesn't seem to help in endurance. I also seem to have a semi-low energy level.

It would be strange for it to be genetic because both my parents were in track, and were like amazing runners!

Any idea how I can work or correct this issue? Does any one else have the same problem?

  1. go to the doctor and get a blood test

you could have  thyroid problem or something like that

    just get yourself checked.

and then see what they say from there.
