Copier - Paper does not feed/paper jam light keeps...

Question

Paper jam occurred and I removed the paper. Turned copier on again and pressed start key. Paper did not feed and paper jam light keeps going on. Last few occasions when I've used copier, I have noticed loud churning sound.I cannot find any more paper jammed in the copier, including the right cover area. Used brush to clean static charge eliminator. Still unable to make copies.
