Copier won;t work

Question

xerox xd120f, warning lights indicate paper jam,I cleared paper but lights won;t reset. one of your experts told me to check sensors in paper path. I'm not sure what to look for . Could someone please explain in detail where sensors are located and what they look like and is there a reset for the warning lights. Thank you.
