  1. Do low risk injury exercises build it up to your normal status , or possibly even greater one.

  2. well best to  thing to do is keep thinking the pain is not there use the rest of your limbs while your other one or other ones are out of use keep training any way you can and never think or say you can't. iv been through more than you that i know of.

-i was drowned in south korea as a part of training.

-i had to punch concreate wall to harden my body im not on the computer to much and i don't really know much about computers, but i know much about the human body.

-try that and we will talk some more iv broke many bones but i used what i had left.

i wish you do the same to become the best you can and never give up.good luck and keep working.

ps.- im not leing about what i did in south korea i did far more that that.

  3. I feel your pain!  Injurys are horrible, my suggestion is to do what you can and read alot of martial arts books in the mean time so when you look back 2 months from now you can be proud that you didnt stop and think of all the knowledge you gain, also spend more time on yahoo answers answering martial arts questions

  4. Hi there

Buy books and DVD's relating to your style. Use this down time to break down the science and theory behind your art. If you have some mobility then train what you can without causing any discomfort to yourself. The Dojo and a training partner can really restrict some and for others the dojo may be the only place they ever train? You can always be learning something new in or out of the dojo. You can learn a great deal  about distance and timing just by being around people and observing their movement and actions.

    Best wishes

    idai

  5. Do low  impact warm up, and breathing exercises. Meditation will help a lot too. My injuries in the past  helped me to get introduced to tai chi and qi gong ; you might want to check it out too, it's fun and will help you heal.
