CONTRACT/EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT LETTER

This agreement is made this 26 July 2008, between COPPEN OIL & GAS. Incorporated under the Laws of United Kingdom (hereinafter called COPPEN OIL & GAS) AND S.SHANMUGARAJ

ARTICLE 1:

COPPEN OIL & GAS desires to secure the services of a competent contractor to provide expatriate environmental services and others as specified contractor.

1.1 CONTRACTOR represents to COPPEN OIL & GAS; that it has the technical competence necessary for carrying out all the services, duties and obligations specified in this contract on the part of CONTRACTOR to be assumed and performed and has agreed to carry out the same in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
