as copper prices are zooming and pure copper manufacturers are not finding enough buyers...except few..( market dominants)..

copper pipe maker usually use ingots...for thier manufacturing..

but in  case of brass manufacturing they use copper scrap mixed with required amount of zinc.. ..in thier inhouse facilties...as they can  bear the cost of rejctions( as many of them operates illegally atleast in India)..but can't bear the price fluctuations of pure ingots...

u  can contact various brass artifact ,faucet manufacturers...which consume large amount of scrap...

Majority of Copper ingots manufacturers use scrap. They are the end users (for scrap). Visit www.tradeindia.com.
