I'm a contractor general

and I have to install barrel roof accents and not counting labor to install, I can go with metal roof that looks like copper or go with real copper. Is the sheets of copper that much more $ then the aluminum?

  1. The copper is a lot more than aluminum.  At least double the cost in California.  Real copper is a little more difficult to work with also because it is a softer metal (tends to dent easily during installation).  The big plus for real copper is its longevity.  It should last more than twice  to four times as long as aluminum if properly installed.
