Copps Coliseum question?

I'm about to buy a concert ticket and I want to know if this section/seating is good:

FL1, Row 15, Seat 21

I have been to a concert there... and we had first level seating.  It was pretty good.  We were in section 108 or 109, thereabouts.  

The floor is usually good if you are not too far back... being a level floor it can be an annoyance if you get behind someone real tall or people that are constantly standing.  Row 15 should be pretty good though.
