Cops and dating.?

Question

Do cops have a hard time finding women to date (not one night stands, real relationships) do most women go "Woah, a cop! Be cool...be cool...run!" Hehe. Seriously, do most women reject being a cops wife/gf due to the danger of their man's job? How do women react when you say "I'm a cop". What if you were on a date and she got drunk in public. Would you do the law abiding thing and arrest her?

It can be tough to date and a lot of woman run when I tell them I'm one. Guess their secret drug life won't work with me. I usually don't say anything until after a couple of dates. I just say i work for the county and leave it at that. In uniform they just want to s***w you for the night. I have no complaints there but it gets old. As for the drunk thing I would not arrest my own girlfriend. Dumb question. She has every right to be drunk in public like I do. Never seen that happen before but anything is possible. Most cop girls act civil.

Being an officer, I had no trouble meeting my wife....Though I married a dispatcher, so there was already an understanding of the job...So that wasn't an issue.

Second question: It's not illegal to be drunk in public in Missouri (where I live/work), so that also isn't an issue.

Nope never had a problem having a relationship as a police officer. In my opinion the women I've dated think my job is pretty cool.

As for your second question about if my date got drunk in public. The answer is I would absolutely NOT arrest her. Unless others lives are endangered (or my own) when I am off duty, I am off duty. I am not a cop 24/7.

Most women like a man that is in control and what cop have you met that didn't think he was in control? The power of the badge and uniform gets women sexually excited. For the men out there, dress up as a cop in front of your girlfriend and strip and see how horny she gets.

Depends on the cop and depends on the girl. For whatever reason many girls think our job is "cool" and that because of it we are "interesting".

I doubt many cops (or soldiers) would be interested in a chick that is so worrying about the danger of our job that it would become an issue for them.

Off duty, I'm off duty. Drunk in public ain't s**y, its trashy. I would reconsider my choice of girl if it was habitual.
