Cops took car b/c insurance laspsed.?

I live in PA.

My insurance laspsed b/c i am late making my payment.

I was just stopped a few minutes ago around the corner from my house and the cops took my car.

If I go get new insurance tomorrow , and pay the fine tomorrow, wil they let me get my car back tomorrow?

Or will I hae to go to court of something first?

Possibly, after obtaining insurance, pay or make arrangements to pay your ticket & pay the impound fees.

Which will, in ball park figures, be $500-1000 total for everything listed above (if not more)

probably court.   No insurance is no insurance.

they will let you get your car back, but you will have to pay the impound fees and such.
