Cops with camaras at Pubs clicking Obscene & dirty dancing couples, How do you feel about it?

We want to a like other metros, does acts like this encourage or discourage people from other cities who are thinking of settling in Hyderabad?

Constitutional rights aside.  If you do anything in public, without privacy barriers in place (as such are done in arena music concerts or sporting events), then anything anyone does is PUBLIC DOMAIN.  This means, the "performance" can be taped by anyone.

And if public obscenitiy is being brazenly shown outside a pub or bar, the ones guilty are the ones being taped--for they're dumb enough to present for the camera the evidence needed to convict them.

And if that is what it takes to clean up our streets.....let the cops click away.

Consider yourself lucky that the police perverts are only taking pictures.  The Toronto Police pepper sprayed the Chilean soccer team.  It is an international incident.

Toronto.  Come for a visit.  We have SARS, West Nile, gang shootings AND abusive police.  The perfect vacation destination.

If you're doing it in public you have no say about who takes a pic.

There must be some old people making these rules.

Some of them could be from remote villages,

posted to plush posts in Metros because of their

political connection who haven't had chance

to go to Pubs in their younger lives

so they want to get back at youngsters

who have a chance to earn more and happen to be

born in modern age of happenings.

Remember Richard Gere's kiss to Shilpa Shetty,

and Bipasa's kiss by the sports personalty.

We need to vote for change and change is not far.

If someone is DirTTy dancing and commiting obscene dids in public, then the Police have every right to click at ......and also, to throw a book at ...And may be next time clicks of handcuffs (instead of clicks of cam) wil be there.....

Does it click anything in the pea brains of the dwellers of the would be Metro Cities???

If I was the pub owner, I'd be asking the cop to leave.  They have no business doing that in a private establishment.

There aren't many locals at the pub and the policemen makes

raid the pub often and harass the customers and am sure

the customers are not allowed to go free without any gains to the Policemen.

Hyderabad with its international airport coming up has a potential to attract many MNCs annual meetings but they have

to be liberal with their citizens when it comes to pubs.

If we want to attract many tourist then we have to leave the

pubs and other eating establishment  open till 1 - 2 a.m. as

many people are working and their work finishes by midnight and they have no place to go to find food.  There should be atleast one restaurant open all night in each locality and this

restaurant should be voted by the locality people and not

by the policemen or the municipal authorities.
