Copy a file on disc?

Question

I have over photo in a folder and i want to put them on a disc so i can empty the folder. how do I go about to do this. Right from the start to finish. I have the disc. Thanks

I will assume you are have Windows...

1st insert CD to copy pics to .

2ND go to start My computer. double click the drive where the CD is ..in my case is CD Drive D:

3rd ones this is open....open a second window ...where your picture are ....select the pictures you want to copy to CD and drag them to the window where the CD is ..(CD DRIVE D In my case)

4Th on the left top it will say Write this files to CD ..Click on it .

5th a wizard will open ...if you want you can change the name of the CD or leave it with the date it has ...then click next

it will start writhing the info to CD ....

depending on how many pics you added it will take more time ....

lots of pics more time ..a few pics a little time

then you are finish .

Note ..if it does not work ...try to make sure that all files are jpg. or all the same kind ....sometimes it wont work with mix files ....like doc. and things like that .....
