Copy attachment and paste into C# application textbox?

Question

I just want to copy an email attachment and paste it into a textbox. When the attachment is pasted into the textbox, the application saves the attachment to a specific folder, and I was going to display the files location in the textbox. I can do it with drag and drop, but I cant seem to find an event that lets you know when someone has pasted anything in a textbox.
