Copying CDs to MP3

Question

I can ripp tracks to the MP3 from CD no problem. The only trouble all the tracks are unidentified and called track01, track02 etc, so all they do is overwrite the existing tracks on the MP3 when ripp the next cd. When the CD is loaded on my lap top the tracks are not named?
